What will you be doing?

In your role as Sales Manager Duty Free – Global Travel Retail Americas, you will act as the key link between global brands and international Duty Free partners. You turn opportunities into results and build long-term relationships that create value for all parties.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between global brand owners and international Duty Free partners.

  • Maintain close contact with customers and suppliers across multiple product categories.

  • Build strong relationships with brand partners and stakeholders, including travel once every six weeks.

  • Implement and adjust strategic plans based on market developments and analytical performance tracking.

  • Execute sharp negotiations with a focus on margins and sustainable business growth.

  • Identify and seize new commercial distribution opportunities within distinct global retail markets.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG and Duty Free sectors.

  • You possess strong analytical skills to use market numbers strategically and drive operational excellence.

  • You speak fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • You are open to regular international travel.

  • You are an entrepreneurial team player and independent deal closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
